Buy a simple cheese grater, all metal.
Place your grater on a drop sheet or newspaper
Using spray paint, paint in your colour of choice. About 3 coats for best results.
Place an LED Candle inside and watch it sparkle or even tie an LED Tea Candle inside and hang from a tree. Don't use real candles the metal will get too hot.
